About Kan Thai Massage

This is a beautifully structured whole-body massage, performed on a massage mat and fully clothed. Starting at the feet and progressing up to the head; using a sequence of pressing on muscles, pressure points and applied yoga stretches. This massage can be tailored to individual needs to leave you with a feeling of rejuvenation and relaxation.

Including: friction, kneading, stretching, accessory movements, acupressure, neuromuscular and energy techniques. These can help to unlock the body’s natural self healing mechanics and can be effective in treating problems including poor posture, restrictive or painful movement, muscle imbalance, long term tension and many more.
